Lawyer (2020), Licenciado en Ciencias Jurídicas (LL.B) de la Pontificia Universidad Católica de Valparaíso, Chile and Master in Law with mention in Constitutional Law from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile (2023). Additionally, he has a Diploma in Public Procedurement -Contratación Pública-, a post graduate program taught by the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Valparaíso, Chile (2020).

Additionally, he has a Diploma in Public Procurement, a postgraduate program taught by the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Valparaíso (2020) and a Diploma in Public Economic Law, a postgraduate program taught by the Center for Regulation and Competition of the Faculty of Law of the University of Chile (2020). He is a member of the Chilean Bar Association.

In the academic capacity, he was professor of the chairs of Constitutional Law and Administrative Law at the Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez, Chile (2021-2022).

In the professional capacity, he served as an assistant attorney for the Poder Judicial de Chile (2020) and an intern (2020) and assistant researcher at the Centro de Estudios Públicos (2021-2022).
