Lawyer (2000), Licenciado en Derecho (JD. Equivalent) at the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, LL.M. from the Law School of the University of Chicago (2003). Masters in Public Administration from the Harvard School of Government (2010) where he received a full scholarship and was awarded the Luksic and Mason fellowships. Member of the Colegio de Abogados de Chile (Chilean Bar association).

His professional practice focuses on litigation and providing professional advice to private individuals in their dealings with the government, primarily in regulated markets. They have also represented government agencies in matters related to contracts with private parties, bidding processes and other transactions that involve a state entity.

Mr. Mori has practiced law in Chile with Prieto & Cía (2000-2002); United States, New York with Cleary, Gottlieb, Steen & Hamilton (2003-2004) and Curtis, Mallet-Prevost, Colt & Mosle (2005-2009); and France, Paris with Freshfields (2004-2005).

Mr. Mori was appointed by the President of the Republic to serve as head of the Comité de Inversiones Extranjeras (Foreign Investment Agency) where he promoted Chile as an FDI location and represented the country´s interest on investment cases in front of ICSID (2010-2013). Mr. Mori was appointed by the President of the Republic as alternative justice at the Santiago´s Corte de Apelaciones de Santiago  (Court of Appeals) (2018-2019). Appointed Arbitrator for the Court of Appeals of Santiago (2023-2024). Appointed by the Republic of Moldova as a member of the list of arbitrators in front of ICSID (2022-2028).

He has been mentioned by the publication Latin Lawyer as one of the outstanding Latin American lawyers in his professional practice in the city of New York. In the United States, he received the Excellence in Public Service Award from the Latin American Chamber of Commerce of the United States (2013). He was ranked by the Chambers publication in the areas of Compliance (2017) and Public Law (2023). He has taught specialized classes in the Master’s in international law at the University of Chile – University of Heidelberg, the Master's in Competition Law and Compliance at the Adolfo Ibañez University, as well as other law faculties at the national level.
